Neil and his team have managed the property for most of the seven years we lived in London. Having come across a number of real estate management companies, I must say that HoffenWest comes out on top! The team is very approachable and extremely service minded. The time to reply to a call or deal with an incident has always been very short. When you fall without heating in the winter due to a faulty heater, HoffenWest acknowledged the issue, procured a new heater and had it installed, all within 24 hours.
